I wanted to create a delicate background for this photograph so i stuck down some of the P K Glitz butterflies cut from wonderfilm and covered them with the Celery Glitter Pearls. I then stuck down a couple more butterflies and covered them with the E P Max Colour Wheel Pastels. A few accents of punches butterflies, a little bit of gem work and the title was all it needed.

Our school interns are at the end of their term and we are planning their gifts! Hannah and I decided to make a pencil box that her intern could use in her real classroom next year. She came up with the idea to make two of the sides chalkboard so that the new teacher could write reminders and class items! How sweet and clever is that!? We added some paper and embellishments and of course some glitter! We used Nestabilities Label Two punch for the name plate then traced the embossed edge with a glue pen and added Poppy Jasper Glitter Glitz, I love how it makes it pop! We also used an apple silhouette with Wonderfilm pieces with more Poppy Jasper and Sea Mist Glitter Glitz!
Scott is such an outdoor kid, he read this after I had written down the journaling and laughed saying it was spot on! I guess he really would like to play out in the rain after all! I covered the ready cut trees with Gilded Fern Glitter Glitz and inked the edges of everything with brown ink to add more depth and interest to the page.
