When I was working on this layout the other day, it seemed to just be missing something. I pulled out my sticky tape and my glitter and began adding in coordinating strips of color!

I used 1/4″ and 1/2″ Sticky Tape and several colors of Glitter Glitz to cover them!

Title: Funny Photos
Glitter: Celery, Mint Green, Tudor Rose, Gold, and Squash Blossom (P K Glitz)
Sticky Tape: 1/4″ and 1/2″ (P K Glitz)
Cardstock: Primary Textured (Momenta)
Pattern Paper: My Mind’s Eye
Ribbon: Making Memories
Misc: Chipboard Letters

I love all the texture and shine the glitter added to my layout!

Welcome to the this week’s edition of “Talk Tuesdays“! Today is the day that we post answers to questions that we’ve received either in our blog comments, from the shows we attend or emails. Come back every week and you’ll find the answers to those questions!

Q: From the t-shirt project that Jamie showed last week on Talk Tuesday, how well does the WonderFilm hold up after washing?
A: One of the keys is to wash the clothing before putting the WonderFilm on. This will allow the WonderFilm to stick directly to the fabric rather than the sizing on top of the fabric.

Have you been seeing those little canvas bags that are all the rage these days? I see them everywhere and I love how creative you can be with them. I was shopping with my little girls recently at my local craft store and they had some bags on sale for $1. How can you resist that? I decided to make a purse for my little one to carry her “treasures” in, so I got out my PK Glitz products, my Helmar adhesives and my little canvas bag and got to work.

Here’s a picture of the “before”

I have the most difficult time scrapbooking my favorite photos. I want to keep them the center of attention yet add enough complimenting papers and embellishments to make them attractive. I love how glitters add just enough sparkle to help me achieve the results I want!

For this layout, I sprayed each of the flowers with Bronze Ritzy Ditzy Glitz before attaching them to the layout. I also added Crystal Glitter Glitz to the strip on the top photo!
