Congratulations to Vicki Romaine!!!

We have a winner in our first P K Glitz contest! The P K Glitz Ornament Tutorial was in the October/November 2009 issue of the Technique Junkies Newsletter. To celebrate, there was a fun contest running for a great prize of Glitter Glitz and WonderFilm!
