I wanted to keep the layout simple as the photograph was too sweet to be lost on a page full of words and embellishments. Heading straight for the embossing powders i knew what i wanted to do – a simple background of embossed and punches stars creates the perfect backdrop for this sleepy little man.

Last year in October (I believe it was) I saw this adorable shoe pattern at Skip To My Lou. I could just imagine Cinderella going to the ball in this beautiful slipper dressed up in glitter.
I asked Cindy, from Skip To My Lou, if it were possible for us to use her pattern and she graciously consented. Of course, her version was during Halloween, but we want to see how you can use this pattern for a beautiful party or wedding favor. Check out the prize package along with the rules below but first, let’s take a look at what the P K Glitz designers created.
I embossed the Hero Arts doily stamp twice with the Blue P K Glitz E P Max embossing powder and cut out the middle centre section from one of them. I then mounted this onto the full doily with raised pads and embellished with tiny blue gems.

This time of year is when you get invited to Bridal showers and weddings and it always makes me think of my own daughters wedding so I had to pull out some photos and scrap them. It’s what we Moms do!
Stay tuned and I just might show you how I made those flowers.:)

This card has a full acetate cover which i sprayed with a glue adhesive and let go tacky. I then sprinkled it with a mix of blue and green glitterz gently rubbing it into the drying glue. Any excess was tipped off and stored again for later. This acetate cover now provides the perfect sea blue water for my Oceans of Joy card. I finished off with some bling style air bubbles
