The thing I love about WonderFilm is its versatility. So many different techniques can be used with this product and today I am going to show you another way to customize your projects using WonderFilm.

Supplies Needed:
WonderFilm
Glitter Glitz
Goat Hair Brush
Stylus
Wooden Shape (Indus Trading Company)
Spoon

Step 1:
In my post titled Silhouette and WonderFilm Tutorial I showed you how to create custom designs in your WonderFilm shape. I used this same technique on this wooden acorn to easily define the cap of the acorn from the base.
I used Chocolate, Cinnabun, Desert Sand,New England Autumn, Not So Tarnished Copper, and Timber
Step 2:
With your stylus, begin drawing crosshatch lines into the already glittered WonderFilm. This will begin to remove the glitter and you will then start seeing lines in the cap of your acorn.

Step 3:
Once you have completed your design you have now re-exposed the WonderFilm which means you must add another color. Completely cover the top of your acorn in the color of your choice.
I chose Crystal Glitter Glitz due to its holographic nature.

Step 4:
Brush off excess glitter and return to jar.
You can see that the lines are now well defined and the pattern shows up quite well giving this piece character and texture.

Once my acorn was complete, I adhered it to the front of my Place Setting Holder. Can you imagine how beautiful these would be setting all around a holiday table!
